The confirmation of the order’s receipt is issued immediately upon sending the order and does not constitute acceptance of the contract. We may accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.

 

  1. INSTRUCTIONS ON WITHDRAWAL

 

Right of withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us( FONTOLAN, inquiries@fontolan-official.com, press@fontolan-official.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail).

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

  1. EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

The right of withdrawal is excluded for contracts on the supply of goods (i) which are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized or (ii) which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly or (iii) which are sealed and are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, provided they were unsealed after delivery.

 

  1. AVAILABILITY OF THE PRODUCTS

 

All product orders are subject to availability of the same. Along this line, if there are difficulties regarding the supply of products or there are no more items left in stock, we reserve the right to provide you with information on substitute products of the same or higher quality and value that you may order. If you do not wish to order the substitute products, we will reimburse any amount that you may have paid.

  1. REJECTION OF AN ORDER

 

We reserve the right to withdraw any items from this website at any time and/or remove or edit any material or content on this website. Although we make every possible effort to process all orders placed with us, exceptional circumstances may arise in which we may need to refuse to process an order after we have already sent you an Order Confirmation, which we reserve the right to do at any time at our complete discretion.

We accept no liability towards you or towards any third party for the withdrawal of any items from this website or for the removal or editing of any material or content on this website or for refusal to process or accept an order after we have sent you an Order Confirmation.

 

 

 

  1. SHIPPING COST

 

Shipping cost is free for all orders over 100€. The delivery cost for orders under 100€ amounts to 3€ via card and 5€ for cash on delivery. 

 

 

  1. WARRANTY

 

If the delivered goods are defective, you are entitled to the statutory warranty claims. FONTOLAN does not give any additional warranties against defects other than the rights provided by law.

 

 

 

  1. PAYMENTS

 

Payment may basically be made through credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Union Pay, Discover, Diners Club International and JBC), debit card or cash on delivery. We reserve the right to offer specific payment methods only for the requested delivery, e.g., only methods related to the respective credit rating to hedge our credit risk.

 

Payment via credit card and debit card

You immediately pay during the process of ordering by entering your card data. Upon shipping, your card will, after having deducted discounts, as the case may be, vouchers, etc., be debited with the factual amount invoiced. Goods that have been made to the customer’s specifications or that are clearly personalized lead to an immediate debit of your card with the factual amount invoiced after having deducted discounts, vouchers, etc.

 

Cash on delivery

If you have chosen the payment method ‘cash on delivery’, the order amount set forth on your shipment confirmation in the local currency of your destination country must be paid in full before receiving your items and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened and your items inspected only after the payment is made.

You consent that communication related to the contract may occur in electronic form.

We have the right to review and modify these Conditions at any time.

The use of our website and the product purchase contracts through said website shall be governed by Greek legislation.

Any controversy that arises or is related to the use of the website or said contracts shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Greek courts.

If you are entering into the contract as a consumer, nothing in this clause shall affect the rights you have, as recognized in any applicable legislation in effect.
